Results you can check, not just read about.

This page is where our case studies live. Before the numbers, it is worth knowing how they are counted and what we refuse to publish, because in marketing most published results are unverifiable by design.

Whose results these are

The case studies below are projects our specialists ran before CallBook existed, for clients in other markets and other industries. The client names stay private at their request, and every number comes from the reporting the project team kept at the time.

We publish them because they show how the people who will run your account think about a problem. They are not CallBook client results, and we will not present them as such. Cases from our own clients appear here as each one finishes a full reporting cycle.

How we count results

A booking counts when a named person holds a specific time on the client calendar. Not a form fill, not a click, not a conversation that might become an appointment later.

A kept visit counts when the person actually arrives. We report it separately from bookings, because the gap between the two is usually where the money is lost, and hiding that gap would make our numbers look better than the business felt.

Cost per booking is total ad spend for the period divided by bookings from that spend. Revenue comes from the client system when it can share values, and where it cannot we use the average ticket the client gave us and label the figure as an estimate.

What we publish

Every case study on this page names the industry and the market, describes the situation before we started, lists what we actually built, and gives the period the numbers cover.

Each number carries its source, so you can see whether it came from an ad platform, a calendar, a billing system or the owner. Anything a client asked us to keep private is either left out or generalized, and we say which.

Nothing goes up without written permission from the client, which is what US advertising rules require and what we would want if we were the client.

04 / 04

What we will not publish

No invented clients, no rounded-up numbers, no screenshots with the dates cut off, no quote we wrote ourselves and attributed to an anonymous owner.

We also will not publish a single good month as if it were a trend, or show cost per booking from the cheapest campaign in the account as if it were the average.

If this page is short, that is the reason. An empty section here is better than a case study neither of us could defend in front of a client who paid for the same promise.
