Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-27

This page explains the cookies on www.callbook.agency, what each group does, and how to change your choice at any time. Declining is as easy as accepting.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file that a site stores in your browser. We also use local storage and advertising pixels, which work in a similar way. On this page we call all of them cookies.

We use three groups: necessary, analytics, and marketing. Only the necessary group runs before you choose.

Necessary

These keep the site working: page routing, protection of forms against spam, the state of the chat window, and the record of the cookie choice you made.

They also remember where your visit came from, so the phone number on the page matches that channel and your request reaches the right team. This record is kept for 90 days.

You cannot switch this group off in the banner, because the site stops working without it. You can block all cookies in your browser settings, but then forms, chat, and booking will fail.

Analytics

These count visits and show how pages are used: what people read, where they stop, which step of a form they leave, and how they move through the site.

We use this to fix weak pages and shorten the path to a booking. Reports are aggregated. We do not use this group to build advertising profiles.

This group runs only after you accept analytics. In Consent Mode it controls analytics_storage.

Marketing

These let advertising platforms see which ad led to a request, and let us show our ads to people who visited the site.

They can be set by the advertising platforms we use and read by them on other sites.

This group runs only after you accept marketing. In Consent Mode it controls ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.

If you decline marketing, we still count results in aggregate, but without your identifiers, and we do not add you to advertising audiences. Hashed email and phone are sent to advertising platforms only when you accept this group.

Google Consent Mode v2

Every consent signal starts as denied. That holds on the first page you open and on every page until you make a choice.

When you accept a group, only the matching signals switch to granted. Nothing else changes.

The banner gives "Accept all", "Reject all", and "Manage" the same weight. One click is enough either way.

Our server side conversion events follow the same rules as the browser tags.

How to change your choice

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. It opens the same panel as the first banner, with your current choice shown.

The "Do not sell or share my personal information" link in the footer opens that panel with marketing already switched off and records your opt out.

Your new choice takes effect at once. Cookies from a group you switched off stop being read, and you can delete the files in your browser settings.

If you clear cookies in your browser, the choice is gone and the banner will ask again.

How we store your choice

Your choice is stored in a cookie: the version of the banner, the groups you accepted, the date, and a random identifier. It lasts up to 12 months, then we ask again.

We also keep a server record: version, choice, date and time, IP address, browser user agent, and whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present.

We keep that record to show that we asked and what you answered. It is described in our privacy policy.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, marketing is off by default and the banner tells you that we received the signal.

You can still switch marketing on yourself. Your own choice on this site takes priority over the signal for this site.
