Twenty minutes and a plan for your first 30 days.
Pick a time that works for you. You will talk to the person who would run your account, not to a sales team that hands you over afterward.

What the call covers
We start with your numbers: what one client is worth, how many appointments you can serve in a week, and how many you get now. Without those three, any plan is decoration.
Then we go through where your bookings leak today, which offer is worth advertising first, what budget makes sense in your market, and what cost per booking is realistic for your industry. You leave with a plan for the first 30 days, whether or not you work with us.
If paid advertising will not pay off at your ticket size, or your calendar cannot take more bookings yet, we will tell you on this call. That is a better outcome for both of us than a setup fee.

How long it takes
Twenty minutes, by video or phone, whichever you prefer. If we need longer we will ask rather than run over, and there is no second call before you have anything useful.
You get a short written summary afterward with the plan and the numbers we discussed, so you can think about it without notes you cannot read back.

How to prepare
Three numbers make the call twice as useful: your average ticket, how many new clients you can take on each month, and roughly what you spend on marketing now. Approximate is fine.
It also helps to have your website open and to know which service you would most like to sell more of. You do not need a brief, a budget approval or a deck.
