From signing to your first booked appointments.
No discovery phase that lasts a quarter. Here is what happens in each of the first four weeks, what we need from you, and how the work looks once the system is running.
01 / 05
Week 1: accounts, offer and tracking
We start with a 60-minute call about one thing: which service is worth advertising. Usually it is the consultation or the estimate that leads to your most valuable work, not the cheapest thing on your price list.
Then we set up the foundation. Ad accounts, business profiles, a tracking number that forwards to your line, and conversion tracking are all created in your name, with you as the owner. You approve the offer, the price framing and the wording before anything goes live.
By the end of the week you have a written plan: the offer, the audience, the budget, and the number of bookings that budget should produce at a realistic cost per booking.

Week 2: pages, replies and reminders
We build the booking page for your offer, with live times pulled from your calendar, and we write the messages: the instant reply, the missed-call text back, the confirmation and the reminders.
Then we test it as a client would. We fill in the form, call the number, and book a real slot to check that the confirmation, the calendar invite and the reminder all arrive, and that your team sees what it needs to see.

Weeks 3 and 4: ads live and first bookings
Ads go live. Most clients launch within 10 business days of signing, and the first enquiries usually arrive in the first two weeks. Every one of them gets a reply within 60 seconds and a link to pick a time.
These two weeks are for learning, not for scaling. We watch which campaigns, towns and offers produce booked appointments, move budget toward them, and turn off what only produces clicks. You get a short report each week with spend, bookings and cost per booking.
04 / 05
Ongoing: tuning what books
Every week we review the numbers, adjust budgets and audiences, test a new headline or offer, and clean up what wastes spend. Every month we meet for 30 minutes and agree what to scale, what to cut and what to test next.
You can stop any month. The ad accounts, the pages, the phone number, the contact list and the reports stay with you, because they were in your name from the first week.

What we need from you
Four things: access to your calendar and booking system, your real availability and service lengths, photos or video of your space and your work, and one person who can answer a question within a day.
You do not need to write copy, build anything, or learn a new tool. You do need to keep the calendar honest, because a booking on a slot you cannot serve costs more than no booking at all.
See where your bookings leak. The audit is free.
Leave an email or phone number. We will ask three quick questions about your business and send the report within 48 hours.
