Industries where the calendar is the product.
We work with US businesses where one client is worth hundreds or thousands of dollars and the sale starts with a consultation, an appointment or an estimate.

How we pick industries
Three things have to be true. A single client has to be worth enough that paid advertising can pay for itself. The sale has to start with an appointment rather than a checkout. And the business has to have room on the calendar for more of them.
That points to a short list: med spas and aesthetic practices, dental and private clinics, high-value home services such as roofing, HVAC, solar and remodeling, law firms and professional services, and premium real estate.
We would rather go deep in a few industries than claim all of them. If yours is not listed but the three conditions hold, the system still fits, and we will tell you on the first call how much of the work would be new ground for us.

What is the same everywhere
The leaks are the same in every industry we have worked in. Enquiries go to whoever replies first. Calls during the working day go to voicemail and are not called back. A page with no booking option loses people who were ready. Confirmed appointments go empty without reminders.
So the core is the same everywhere: ads aimed at people ready to book, a page built for one offer, a reply within 60 seconds, reminders before the visit, and one report that ties spend to booked and kept appointments.

What changes by industry
The offer changes. A med spa sells a consultation, a roofer sells a free inspection, a law firm sells a case review. Advertising the wrong one costs more than any bidding mistake.
The rules change. Health and aesthetic services have platform restrictions on before-and-after claims and targeting, and we work inside them rather than around them. Our forms never ask health questions.
The timing changes too. Roofing follows storms and seasons, aesthetics follows events and holidays, real estate follows listings. The speed you have to answer at changes with that: some enquiries can wait an hour, most cannot.
