Know which ad filled the chair
Most businesses can say what they spent and what they earned, and cannot connect the two. Closing that gap does not take an expensive platform. It takes four ordinary pieces, set up once.
A number per channel
Give each channel its own phone number: paid search, social, the map listing, the website. They all ring in the same place, and every call now arrives with a source attached.
Show the right number automatically based on how the visitor arrived. It is a small change, and it turns the phone from a black hole into a reporting channel.
First touch and last touch, both
The ad that introduced you and the click that produced the enquiry are often different, and both deserve credit. Store the first and the last touch against the contact, not only the most recent one.
Without the first touch, awareness campaigns look worthless. Without the last touch, you cannot tell what closed the decision.
Carry the source to the appointment
The source has to travel from the click to the enquiry to the calendar entry. If it stops at the enquiry, the report ends at leads and you are back to guessing.
When the source rides along to the appointment, the weekly report answers the only question worth asking: which ads produced visits.
Consent that holds up
Measurement and privacy are not opposites. Ask for consent clearly, record what was chosen and when, honor a refusal everywhere including server side reporting, and respect a browser signal asking you not to sell or share data.
A setup that survives an audit is also a setup that survives a platform policy change, which is the more frequent event.
See where your bookings leak. The audit is free.
Leave an email or phone number. We will ask three quick questions about your business and send the report within 48 hours.
